Project objectives include collaborative R&amp;D in sustainable marine resource use, ecosystem empowerment, and policy influence. The strategic framework focuses on areas like offshore energy, smart ports, and marine ecosystem protection, in alignment with EU Green Deal and regional smart specialization strategies.
